Tony is a uniquely experienced in supporting leaders to achieve top performance. Tony spent 25 years in ‘not for profit’ management and conflict resolution in post conflict societies (e.g. Serbia, Montenegro, Sri Lanka) before applying his learning into the corporate sector in the past 10 years.
He has facilitated Leadership Development Programmes with organisations such as RBS, CDK, Concentrix, Oxfordshire County Council and the Police Service for Northern Ireland.
He has an MBA, qualifications in conflict resolution and advance group work skills and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. His approach blends applied management theory with the latest thinking in executive coaching and psychology, rooted in a background of experience in youth work, community development, grass roots peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
Tony provides Interim Executive Leadership to develop or turnaround organisations in crisis or transition. He has worked as an Interim CEO for a range of ‘not for profit’ organisations over the past ten years.
